What is AI Machine Time?

AI Machine Uptime refers to the standard duration of time provided in a computing service package, including artificial intelligence (AI) systems and automation. This standard time, for example, 8 hours per day, is part of your service quota.

  • If your server usage exceeds the set AI Machine Uptime duration (for example, more than 8 hours per day), an additional hourly fee will be charged.
  • Additional hourly charges for time exceeding the standard quota can be seen in your Account Portal.

The system will automatically notify you via Portal and Email regarding quota-free uptime and usage status.

What is meant by added value achievement?

Added value of achievement is a measurable improvement in your business performance — such as profit, efficiency, or productivity — that occurs after implementing our solution that is part of the optimization target value.

The term connector refers to a system provided to connect internet-based business applications with the Matasigma system for ease of data retrieval, recording and processing, such as ease of retrieval of sales data from the cash register application to journaling in the bookkeeping application.

How will the service fee calculation be outside the platform?

Our service fees will be determined based on the percentage of value added achieved or efficiency targets, after you upload the work reference framework through the artificial intelligence system-based Business Analyst that we provide.
